Journaliso is a voice journal for iPhone. Tap once to record, anywhere from a few seconds up to 60 minutes. Every recording is transcribed and titled automatically, you can tag an entry by saying “tag this with…”, and you can search everything you have said. If you choose to, you can connect Claude or ChatGPT to your journal with read-only access.

Subscription
New accounts start with a 7-day trial, no card required. After the trial, recording new voice entries needs Journaliso Pro. Pro is billed through Apple and renews automatically until you cancel. Reading, search, text entries, and export always stay included.
Cancel your subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings.
- Tap Subscriptions, choose Journaliso, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Your data
You can take your journal with you, or delete it, at any time. Export works whether or not you subscribe.
Export your journal
- In Journaliso, open Settings.
- Go to Data › Export.
- Choose JSON or Markdown. A zip of your recordings comes with it.
Delete your account
- In Journaliso, open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- If you have Journaliso Pro, also cancel it in your Apple ID settings, since Apple handles billing.

Which devices does Journaliso work on?
Journaliso 1.0 is for iPhone.
How long can a recording be?
Anywhere from a few seconds up to 60 minutes. While you record, a Live Activity keeps the recording on your Lock Screen.
How do I tag an entry?
Say “tag this with” and the tag name while you record, for example “tag this with work”.
Names in my transcripts come out wrong. What can I do?
Add them to your custom dictionary in the app, so names come out right.

Apple handles billing, so you cancel in your Apple ID settings: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See the steps.
How does Connect AI work?
Connect AI links Claude or ChatGPT to your journal with read-only access. It is off until you turn it on, and you can revoke access at any time in Settings.
Who can see my journal?
Your journal is encrypted in transit and at rest. There are no ads, we never sell your data, and we never use your journal to train AI models. Transcription, titles, and tags run on our servers with trusted AI providers, which are listed in the Privacy Policy.
How do I sign in?
With Sign in with Apple.
Can I export or import my entries?
Yes. Export everything as JSON or Markdown, plus a zip of your recordings, from Settings › Data › Export, whether or not you subscribe. You can also import entries from JSON or Markdown.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. See the steps.
